JCL series ventilator can carry handle air including ocean air containing salt mist as well as corrosive air such as oi l misty air.
This type applies to the ventilation on warships as well as civilian vessels. It can even apply to land locations for cooling.
JCL ventilators can work with 380V 50HZ, 440V 60HZ marine use three-phase asynchronous motors or Y-J series three-phase Induction motor for warships.
JCL series marine centrifugal fan for warships is one of our major products. The diameter of the impeller is 150-580mm, capacity 3 5000-21000m /h. The impeller is made of aluminum alloy. The ventilator is featured in its reversibility, good performance and
Feature:
Small Size and Low Weigh
Low Noise and Low Vibration
Good Corrosion Resistance
Good Airtightness
High Performance for Anti-Wobble,Anti-Vibration and Anti-Impact
Structure:
The ventilator can either be manufacture in a horizontaltype with the motor dir ectly connected or a vertical type.
The impeller riveted with aluminum alloys and undergoes static and dynamic balance adjustment.
The casing and air-inlet are of steel and soldered into an airight structure.
The ventilators' rotations can be set either clockwise or count erclock wise Left rotation, marked L, refers to the counterclockwise rota tion of the impeller from the front view of the motor.
Right rotation, marked R, refers to the clockwise rotation of the impeller from the front view of the motor.
The position of the air outlet is basically made into the fllowing types according to the diferent rotation of The impeller.
According to the requirements, the outlets can adopt other forms changing with 30 degrees or 25 degrees increment.
